The Fallen Father
Michael took his wife and two daughters underground five years ago.
The silo was supposed to be temporary. A precaution. A few weeks beneath the surface while the world burned itself out. But weeks became months, months became years, and the door at the top of the stairs has never opened. Not once.
Below, Michael has built a fragile order out of routine and will. Rationing, repairing, and keeping fear at a distance so his girls can grow up believing they are safe. It has cost him more than he lets them see. Five years of holding the line has hollowed something out in him. A father does what a father must.
Today, everything changes.
The Fallen Father is a dark, intimate post-apocalyptic story about isolation, desperation, and the terrible weight of love at the end of the world. When survival becomes a countdown, Michael is forced to confront the question every parent fears:
How far would you go to save your child?
